အဆိုပါ ၆ ကြိမ်မြောက် အာရှကမ်းခြေအားကစားပြိုင်ပွဲကို ဧပြီ ၂၂ ရက်တွင် ရွှေတံဆိပ် ၆၂ ခုဖြင့် ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုအားကစားပွဲကို ဧပြီ ၃၀ ရက်အထိ ကျင်းပမည်ဖြစ်ကာ အာရှအိုလံပစ်ကောင်စီဝင် ၄၅ နိုင်ငံမှ အားကစားသမား ၁,၈၀၀ နီးပါးက အားကစားနည်း ၁၄ မျိုးတွင် အဆိုပါရွှေတံဆိပ်များအတွက် ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ကြမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။ (Xinhua)

China’s Fan lands first gold in Asian Beach Games
SANYA, China, April 23 (Xinhua) — Chinese Fan Junjie claimed the first gold medal of the 6th Asian Beach Games in Sanya, a coastal city in south China’s Hainan Province, by winning the men’s aquathlon on Thursday.
The Games opened on Wednesday with 62 gold medals up for grabs. It will run through April 30, featuring nearly 1,800 athletes from 45 members of the Olympic Council of Asia competing for the gold medals across 14 sports. ■
