ယင်းမှာ တောင်ကိုရီးယားစစ်တပ်၏ အသင့်အနေအထားတွင် ရှိမှုအပေါ် သက်ရောက်မှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာ မရှိစေဘဲ နှစ်ဖက်တင်းမာမှုများ ပြေလျော့စေရေးအတွက် အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် လက်တွေ့ကျသော အစီအမံတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်ဟု အဆိုပါ ဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ကြေညာချက်ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။

S. Korea begins dismantling loudspeakers along border with DPRK
SEOUL, Aug. 4 (Xinhua) — South Korea’s military on Monday began dismantling propaganda loudspeakers installed along the border with the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Seoul’s defense ministry said.
The ministry said in a statement that it was a practical measure taken to help ease tensions between the two sides without any influence on the military’s readiness posture.
The anti-DPRK loudspeaker broadcasts were suspended on June 11 to restore trust in inter-Korean relations and peace on the Korean Peninsula, said the ministry.
The government, led by former President Yoon Suk-yeol, resumed loudspeaker broadcasts to the DPRK in June 2024.■
