ရှန်ဟိုင်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအဖွဲ့ (SCO) အနေဖြင့် နိုင်ငံစုံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝါဒနှင့် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးမှုအပေါ် အခြေခံသည့် နိုင်ငံတကာစည်းစနစ် ဆက်လက်တည်တံ့ရေးအတွက် အပြုသဘောဆောင်သည့် အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်လျက်ရှိသည်ဟု အီရန်အဆင့်မြင့် သံတမန်တစ်ဦးက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
SCO အဖွဲ့မှာ ကမ္ဘာ့တောင်ဘက်ခြမ်း၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားနှင့် အလေးထားစရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ကိုယ်စားပြုနိုင်သည့်အတွက် အလွန်အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုရှိပြီး ထိရောက်သည်ဟု ဩဂုတ် ၃၁ ရက်မှ စက်တင်ဘာ ၁ ရက်အထိ ကျင်းပသည့် SCO ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးမတိုင်မီ ဩဂုတ် ၃၀ ရက်က ဆင်ဟွာသတင်းဌာနနှင့် သီးသန့်အင်တာဗျူးတစ်ခု၌ အီရန်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ အစ္စမေး ဘဂါအီက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
အီရန်သမ္မတ မာဆု ပီဇက်ရှ်ကီယန်မှာ အဆိုပါ ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးနှင့် တရုတ်ပြည်သူများ ဖက်ဆစ်ဂျပန် ခုခံတော်လှန်ရေးစစ်ပွဲနှင့် ကမ္ဘာ့ဖက်ဆစ်တော်လှန်ရေးစစ်ပွဲ အောင်နိုင်ခြင်း နှစ် ၈၀ ပြည့် အထိမ်းအမှတ် အခမ်းအနားများ တက်ရောက်ရန် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသို့ ရောက်ရှိနေကြောင်း သိရသည်။
အီရန်သမ္မတ၏ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံခရီးစဉ်နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ဘဂါအီက “ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဒီအခွင့်အရေးကို အသုံးချပြီး တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေးတိုးမြှင့်ကာ တခြားအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံတွေရဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေနဲ့ တွေ့ဆုံမှုတွေ ပြုလုပ်သွားမှာပါ” ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ကမ္ဘာကြီးအနေဖြင့် အထူးသဖြင့် အမေရိကန် အပါအဝင် အနောက်နိုင်ငံအချို့က ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံများအပေါ် တစ်ဖက်သတ်ဝါဒနှင့် နိုင်ထက်စီးနင်းပြုမူသည့် အစီအမံများ ကျင့်သုံးနေခြင်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသည့် ဘုံစိန်ခေါ်မှုများကို ရင်ဆိုင်နေရသည်ဟု ဘဂါအီက အလေးထားပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ဆက်လက်၍ SCO အနေဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာ့တောင်ဘက်ခြမ်းနိုင်ငံများအကြား ထိရောက်သော ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးမူဘောင်ကို ဖန်တီးပေးခြင်း၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံများ၏ အကျိုးစီးပွားကို အာမခံချက်ပေးခြင်း၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ပဋိညာဉ်စာတမ်းအရ ပေါ်ထွက်လာသည့် စံသတ်မှတ်ထားသော ဖွဲ့စည်းမှုစနစ်များ၊ နိုင်ငံစုံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးဝါဒနှင့် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးတို့အပေါ် အခြေခံသည့် နိုင်ငံတကာစည်းစနစ် တည်တံ့မှုကို သေချာအောင်လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်းဖြင့် အလွန်အရေးပါသည့် အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်နိုင်သည်ဟု ၎င်းက ဆက်လက်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
အီရန်-တရုတ် ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍လည်း ဘဂါအီက မိမိတို့နှစ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် သမိုင်းကြောင်းအရ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုချင်း၊ ဓလေ့ချင်း အကျွမ်းတဝင်ရှိကြောင်း၊ နှစ်ဖက်အနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့နှစ်နိုင်ငံ၏ ဆက်ဆံရေးကို မြှင့်တင်ရန်နှင့် နက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်းဖော်ဆောင်ရန် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ရာ အပြန်အလှန်နားလည်မှုနှင့် ယုံကြည်မှုတို့မှာလည်း တည်တည်ငြိမ်ငြိမ် တိုးတက်လာခဲ့သည်ဟု ဘဂါအီက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
“စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်နေတဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေးတစ်ရပ်ပါ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့အနေနဲ့ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေးကို တန်ဖိုးထားပါတယ်” ဟု ၎င်းက အလေးအနက်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
နှစ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ကုန်သွယ်ရေး၊ စီးပွားရေး၊ စွမ်းအင်၊ လယ်ယာစိုက်ပျိုးရေးနှင့် ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်း စသည့် နယ်ပယ်တို့တွင် သဘောတူညီချက် အများအပြား လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့သည်ဟု ၎င်းက ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး အီရန်-တရုတ် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေး အနာဂတ်နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍လည်း အကောင်းမြင်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

Senior Iranian diplomat says SCO significant to safeguarding multilateral world order
TEHRAN, Aug. 31 (Xinhua) — The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) plays a positive role in ensuring the continuity of an international order based on multilateralism and the rule of law, said a senior Iranian diplomat on Saturday.
The SCO is “very impactful and effective in the sense that it can represent the interests and concerns of the Global South,” Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei told Xinhua in an exclusive interview, ahead of an SCO summit taking place from Sunday to Monday in the northern Chinese city of Tianjin.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is in China for the summit as well as events to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
On the Iranian president’s visit to China, Baghaei said, “We are going to take this opportunity to promote our bilateral ties with China and to hold meetings with other leaders of the participating states.”
Baghaei noted that the world is now facing common challenges brought about by “unilateralism and coercive measures that certain Western countries, in particular the United States, have been applying against developing states.”
The SCO, he added, can play a very significant role in terms of providing an effective framework for cooperation among Global South countries, guaranteeing the interests of developing countries, and ensuring the continuity of an international order that is based on multilateralism, the rule of law, and “the normative structures coming from the United Nations Charter.”
As regards Iran-China ties, Baghaei highlighted the two countries’ shared historical bond of culture and civilization, adding that both sides have continued to advance and deepen their relations, with mutual understanding and trust steadily growing.
“It is a constantly flourishing relationship. We value our relationship with China,” he stressed.
The two countries have signed numerous agreements in areas including trade, economy, energy, agriculture and tourism, he noted, expressing optimism about the future of Iran-China cooperation.
“The basis of our bilateral relations is very solid, and the two nations are resolved to continue their excellent bilateral relations,” he added.
The SCO was established in 2001 by China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. India and Pakistan were admitted as full members in 2017, and Iran in 2023. Belarus became the latest full member in 2024. ■
