GLOBALink | Drones help fight pandemic in south China’s Guangzhou
GUANGZHOU, June 21 (Xinhua) — Chinese “air taxi” maker EHang has deployed drones to aid in the fight against a recent COVID-19 outbreak in China’s Guangzhou, which has been battling a resurgence of cases since late May.

The large drones have been helping with short-distance distribution of supplies, inspection of anti-epidemic measure implementation, and displaying epidemic prevention and control advice in the sky above Guangzhou.

Based in Guangzhou, EHang has been described as a leader in the drone taxi industry.
