India’s New Delhi flooded after torrential rains
NEW DELHI, July 16 (Xinhua) — After days of torrential rain during the summer monsoon season, locals endured traffic mayhem and had a hard time commuting in waterlogged areas in multiple parts of India’s national capital New Delhi.

The water level of Yamuna, a river that passes through the city, remains above the danger mark and has broken the record of 45 years, posing fear of floods, particularly in low-lying areas of the city.
