တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် လီချန်သည် နိုင်ငံတော်ကောင်စီ အမှုဆောင်အစည်းအဝေးကို ဧပြီ ၁၇ ရက်က ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပခဲ့ပြီး ရှေ့ပြေး လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်ရေးဇုန်များ (FTZs) တိုးတက်မှုအစီရင်ခံစာကို ကြားနာခဲ့ပြီး  ပြင်ဆင်ထားသည့် စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်မှုပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ရေး စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းအား အတည်ပြုခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။ 

၁၈ ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ ပြည်လုံးဆိုင်ရာကွန်ဂရက်မှစ၍ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်ရေးဇုန်များမှာ ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲမှုနက်ရှိုင်းခြင်း၊ တံခါးဖွင့်လှစ်မှု တိုးချဲ့ခြင်း၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုမြှင့်တင်ခြင်း စသည်တို့တွင် အောင်မြင်ဖြစ်ထွန်းမှုများ ရရှိခဲ့ပြီး ဘက်စုံ ရှေ့ပြေးပလက်ဖောင်းများအဖြစ် ၎င်းတို့၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးလိုက်ကြောင်း အဆိုပါ အစည်းအဝေးက မှတ်ချက်ပြုခဲ့သည်။ ထို့ပြင် FTZ အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ခြင်းမဟာဗျူဟာ အကောင်းအထည်ဖော်ရေး၊ ပြည်လုံးဆိုင်ရာ အလုံးစုံဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် FTZ များ အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့ရေးအတွက် အစည်းအဝေးက တိုက်တွန်းထားသလို ဒေသအလိုက် အထူးမူဝါဒများသတ်မှတ်၍ အရည်အသွေးမြင့် FTZ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဖြည့်စွက်ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။

Chinese premier chairs meeting on FTZs, administrative reconsideration regulationBEIJING, April 17 (Xinhua) — Chinese Premier Li Qiang chaired a State Council executive meeting on Friday, which heard a report on the development of pilot free trade zones (FTZs) and approved a revised regulation on the implementation of the Administrative Reconsideration Law.The meeting noted that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the country’s FTZs have achieved breakthroughs in deepening reform, expanding opening up, and promoting development, effectively fulfilling their roles as comprehensive pilot platforms.It called for implementing an FTZ upgrading strategy, and facilitating FTZs to better serve overall national development, adding that region-specific policies
