ဗီယက်နမ်အစိုးရသည် အမျိုးသားပညာတော်သင်ဆု ရန်ပုံငွေတစ်ရပ် ထူထောင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပညာရေးအတွက် သုံးစွဲခြင်းဖြင့် လူ့အရင်းအမြစ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး၌ မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ထိုးဖောက်စွမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရန် ဘတ်ဂျက်တိုးမြှင့်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဖမ်မင်းချင်းက စက်တင်ဘာ ၁၆ ရက်၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က ပညာသင်ဆုများ ပေးအပ်ရန် အဆိုပါရန်ပုံငွေအတွက် အစိုးရငွေစာရင်းနှင့် အခြားသော တရားဝင်အရင်းအမြစ်များမှ ငွေကြေးမတည်ထောက်ပံ့ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပညာသင်ကြားမှု တိုးတက်စေရန်နှင့် နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြားတွင်ပညာသင်ယူနိုင်ရေးတို့အတွက် ထောက်ပံ့မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းသိရသည်။

Vietnam to launch national scholarship fund: PM
HANOI, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) — The Vietnamese government will set up a national scholarship fund and increase budget spending on education to achieve a strategic breakthrough in human resource training, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said Tuesday.
He made the remarks at a national conference on the dissemination and implementation of four resolutions from the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam, attended by more than 1.2 million party members, local media VnExpress reported.
The prime minister said the fund would be financed by the state budget and other lawful sources to provide scholarships, promote learning and sponsor overseas studies.
It will also seek to attract and nurture talents, with priority given to doctoral programs in basic sciences, engineering and technology, he said.
