Hotan-Ruoqiang ရထားလမ်းသည် အရှည် ၈၂၅ ကီလိုမီတာရှိပြီး ရထားလမ်းတစ်လျှောက် တံတား ၂၁၉ စင်း ရှိရာ ထိုအထဲတွင် တံတား ၁၉ စင်းမှာ ထုထည်ကြီးမားသည့် တံတားကြီးများဖြစ်သည်။ ရထားလမ်းတွင်တည်ဆောက်ရမည့်တံတား ၅ စင်းသည် သဲပြင် ၌ တည်ဆောက်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး စုစုပေါင်း ရထားလမ်းတစ်ခုလုံး၏ ၅၃.၇ ကီလိုမီတာခန့် ရှိသည်။

GLOBALink | Girder installation of Hotan-Ruoqiang Railway completed in NW China’s Xinjiang
The construction of girders along the Hotan-Ruoqiang Railway in Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was completed on Saturday.

There are a total of 219 bridges along the 825-kilometer-long railway, including 19 grand bridges. Five bridges are built over sand, which in total account for 53.7 kilometers of the railway line.

The railway line links the city of Hotan with Ruoqiang county in Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang. It is expected to be put into operation in 2022.
The railway line is an important part of the world’s first desert-railway loop line surrounding the Taklimakan Desert, China’s largest desert.

Its completion will usher in a new era for five counties located along the line that previously lacked rail connectivity.
