တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ မြောက်ပိုင်း အတွင်းမွန်ဂိုလီးယား ကိုယ်ပိုင်အုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့်ရဒေသတွင် ဉာဏ်ရည်ချိတ်ဆက် စွမ်းအင်သစ်အသုံးပြုမော်တော်ယာဉ်များ (ICNEVs) အတွက် ကမ္ဘာ့အကြီးဆုံးဖြစ်လာမည့် ရေခဲ-ဆီးနှင်း စမ်းသပ်စခန်းကို China Automotive Technology and Research Center ကုမ္ပဏီလီမိတက် (CATARC) က စတင်တည်ဆောက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။
၂၀၂၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဖွင့်လှစ်ရန် လျာထားသော အဆိုပါ အဆောက်အအုံသည် သရုပ်တူအောင်ဖန်တီးထားသော ဆီးနှင်းကျဆင်းသည့် အခြေအနေများဖြင့် စမ်းသပ်ခြင်းအတွက် အဆောက်အအုံအတွင်း ဆီးနှင်းပြုလုပ်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိသည့် ယင်းအမျိုးအစား၌ ကမ္ဘာ့ပထမဆုံး ဖြစ်လာမည်ဟု Science and Technology Daily က မေ ၁၀ ရက်၌ ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။

ICNEV များသည် အဆင့်မြင့်ကွန်ရက်ချိတ်ဆက်မှု၊ အလိုအလျောက်မောင်းနှင်နိုင်မှု၊ ခေတ်မီစမတ် စနစ်များဖြင့် စွမ်းအင်သစ်နည်းပညာများကို တစ်လုံးတစ်ဝတည်းပေါင်းစည်းကာ သမားရိုးကျကားများကို ဉာဏ်ရည်ရှိသော ရွေ့လျားတာမီနယ်လ်များအဖြစ် အသွင်ပြောင်းပေးလျက်ရှိသည်။
အဆိုပါ စမ်းသပ်စခန်းသစ်သည် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ အေးသောရာသီဥတုအခြေအနေတွင် NEV များ စမ်းသပ်မောင်းနှင်စွမ်းဆောင်မှုများ၌ ခုန်ပျံကျော်လွှားမှုကို ကိုယ်စားပြုခြင်းလည်း ဖြစ်သည်။

အကျယ်အဝန်းအားဖြင့် တရုတ်မူ ၁,၀၀၀ ခန့် (၆၇ ဟက်တာခန့်) ရှိသော အဆိုပါ စမ်းသပ်စခန်းတွင် NEV လျှပ်စစ်စနစ် သုံးမျိုးဖြစ်သော ဘက်ထရီ၊ မော်တာ၊ လျှပ်စစ်ထိန်းချုပ်မှု၊ မော်တော်ကား chassis စနစ်များ၊ ဉာဏ်ရည်ချိတ်ဆက်မော်တော်ယာဉ်များအတွက် ဆီးနှင်းကျဆင်းမှု သရုပ်တူအောင်ဖန်တီးထားပြီး ယာဉ်ပျံများ အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း စသည်တို့ကို စံကိုက်ချိန်ညှိထားသည့် ပင်မလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ဇုန်များ ပါဝင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

China starts construction of world’s largest ice-snow test base for intelligent connected NEVs
BEIJING, May 11 (Xinhua) — China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd. (CATARC) has started construction of an ice-snow test base for intelligent connected new energy vehicles (ICNEVs), the world’s largest of its kind, in north China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The facility, scheduled to open in 2028, will also be the world’s first such base capable of indoor snow-making for testing under simulated snowfall conditions, Science and Technology Daily reported on Sunday.
ICNEVs are vehicles that integrate new energy technologies with advanced connectivity, autonomous driving, and smart systems, transforming traditional cars into mobile intelligent terminals.
The new test base represents a leap in China’s cold-weather NEV testing capabilities.
Spanning approximately 1,000 mu (about 67 hectares), the test base will feature core functional zones covering calibration of NEV three-electric systems, namely battery, motor, electronic control, chassis systems, simulated snowfall testing for intelligent connected vehicles, and flying car evaluations.
“The project directly addresses the industry bottleneck in extreme cold-weather validation,” said Li Wei, vice president of CATARC.
