ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ မီယာဂီစီရင်စု၌ မတ် ၁၆ ရက်တွင် ပြင်းအား ၇ ဒသမ ၃ အဆင့်ရှိ မြေငလျင်တစ်ခု လှုပ်ခတ်သွားကြောင်း ဂျပန်မိုးလေဝသအေဂျင်စီ(JMA)ထံမှ သိရသည်။ပြင်းထန်သော ငလျင်လှုပ်ခတ်မှုကို ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ၏ အရှေ့မြောက်ပိုင်း နှင့် အရှေ့ဘက် ဒေသများတွင် သိရှိခံစားခဲ့ရကြောင်း သိရသည်။
