ဟောင်ကောင်သည် ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမအဆိုပြုချက် (BRI) တွင် ပါဝင်သူ၊ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီသူနှင့် အကျိုးကျေးဇူးခံစားရသူဖြစ်ပြီး BRI ၏ အရည်အသွေးမြင့်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုတွင် အရေးပါသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ဆက်လက်ပါဝင်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဟောင်ကောင်တွင် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် ၈ ကြိမ်မြောက် ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမ ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး တက်ရောက်သူများက စက်တင်ဘာ ၁၃ ရက်၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ဟောင်ကောင် အထူးအုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့်ရဒေသ (HKSAR) အစိုးရနှင့် ဟောင်ကောင် ကုန်သွယ်မှုတိုးတက်ရေးကောင်စီ (HKTDC) တို့က ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပသော နှစ်ရက်ကြာ ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးသည် ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းမှ တက်ရောက်သူ ၆,၀၀၀ ကျော်နှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ၁၀၀ ကျော်ကို ဆွဲဆောင်နိုင်ခဲ့ရာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ နားလည်မှုစာချွန်လွှာ ၂၀ ခု လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးနိုင်မည်ဟု မျှော်မှန်းထားသည်။

ဟောင်ကောင်အနေဖြင့် BRI တစ်လျှောက်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဒေသများကို စီးပွားရေးပတ်ဝန်းကျင်၌ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများ အပြည့်အဝ ပေးအပ်နိုင်သလို ပညာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကိုလည်း ပံ့ပိုးပေးမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း HKSAR ဗဟိုပြည်သူ့အစိုးရ ဆက်ဆံရေးရုံး ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး ကျိန့်ယန့်ရှုန်က ပြောခဲ့သည်။

ထို့ပြင် အစည်းအဝေးတက်ရောက်လာသော HKSAR အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးမှူး လီကျားချောင်းကလည်း ဟောင်ကောင်အနေဖြင့် BRI ၏ ကြီးမားလှသော အနာဂတ်ကို ဖော်ဆောင်ရန် သန္နိဋ္ဌာန်ချထားကြောင်းနှင့် HKSAR အစိုးရကလည်း ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမ၏ လက်တွေ့ကျသောပလက်ဖောင်းကို အားဖြည့်ရန် ဆထက်ထမ်းပိုး ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

Hong Kong injects new vitality into BRI

HONG KONG, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) — Hong Kong is a participant, contributor and beneficiary in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and will continue to play a key role in the high-quality development of the BRI, said participants at the 8th Belt and Road Summit held Wednesday in Hong Kong.

Organized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the two-day summit attracted over 6,000 attendees from all over the world and more than 100 delegations, and is expected to see 20 cooperation memorandums signed.

Hong Kong can give full play to its advantages in business environment and offer professional services to countries and regions along the BRI, Zheng Yanxiong, director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR, said.

Attending the summit, HKSAR Chief Executive John Lee said that Hong Kong is determined to embrace the vast promise of the BRI and the HKSAR government is redoubling efforts to serve as the Belt and Road’s functional platform.

“Under the unique ‘one country, two systems’ principle, Hong Kong is bestowed with the strong support of our country and long-standing global connections,” he said.
