တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အမျိုးသားပြည်သူ့ကွန်ဂရက် (NPC) အမြဲတမ်းကော်မတီ ဒုတိယဥက္ကဌ ၁၄ ဦးအပေါ် ဒဏ်ခတ်ပိတ်ဆို့မှုဟု အမည်တပ်ထားသည့် အမေရိကန်၏ လုပ်ရပ်အား ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန် ကန့်ကွက်ကြောင်း နှင့် ခိုင်မာစွာရှုတ်ချကြောင်း ကန့်ကွက်စာတစ်စောင်ကို တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး ကျန့်ကျဲကွမ်း (Zheng Zeguang)က တရုတ်နိုင်ငံရှိ အမေရိကန်သံရုံး ဒုတိယအကြီးအကဲ Robert Forden ထံ ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၈ ရက်က ပေးပို့ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

“ အမေရိကန်ရဲ့လုပ်ရပ်ဟာ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ ပြည်တွင်းရေးကို ဝင်ရောက်စွက်ဖက်တာဖြစ်ပြီး တရုတ်-အမေရိကန် ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ထိခိုက်ပျက်ပြားစေပါတယ် ၊ ပြီးတော့ နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်ဆံရေးအခြေခံစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းတွေကို ဆိုးဆိုးဝါးဝါးချိုးဖောက်နေပါတယ်”ဟု ကျန့်က ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး ယင်းလုပ်ရပ်မှာ လုံးဝလက်ခံနိုင်စရာမရှိသော ၊ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာမဲ့သော ၊ မနှစ်မြို့ဖွယ်ကောင်းသော အပြုအမူဖြစ်ကြောင်း ၎င်းက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

China summons U.S. embassy official, protests against U.S. sanctions on NPC officials

BEIJING, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) — Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zheng Zeguang on Tuesday summoned Robert Forden, the deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in China, to lodge solemn protest and strong condemnation over the U.S. so-called sanctions against 14 vice chairpersons of China’s National People’s Congress Standing Committee.

“The move by the U.S. side has severely violated the basic norms governing international relations, interfered in China’s internal affairs, and harmed China-U.S. relations,” said Zheng, adding that the act is outrageous, unscrupulous and vile.

“China expresses strong indignation and condemnation against it,” Zheng said
