China’s Wuliangsu Lake haven for birds
The Wuliangsu Lake in Bayannur, north China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is witnessing more than 260 species of birds as the summer arrives.
Covering an area of 293 square kilometers, the Wuliangsu Lake, the largest freshwater lake in the Yellow River basin, is an important ecological defense zone in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River.
