အာသံပြည်နယ် အရှေ့မြောက်ဘက်ရှိ နှင့် Kaziranga အမျိုးသားဥယျာဉ်နှင့် ကျားဘေးမဲ့တော၌ ကျည်ဆံဒဏ်ရာများဖြင့် သေဆုံးနေသောကျားတစ်ကောင်အား ဇွန် ၁၈ ရက်တွင် တွေ့ရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း တာဝန်ရှိသူများကပြောကြားသည်။

အဆိုပါကျားသည် ဘေးမဲ့တောအတွင်း၌ သစ်တောအစောင့်များ၏ မတော်တဆ ပစ်ခတ်မှုကြောင့် သေဆုံးခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သစ်တောအရာရှိများကပြောကြားသည်။

“ကျားအသေကို ဒီနေ့မနက်မှာ သစ်တောအမှုထမ်းတွေက Karuabari ဧရိယာရှိ Japoripathar နားမှာတွေ့ခဲ့တာပါ။ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးမှုအရ ကျားက ကျည်ဆံဒဏ်ရာနဲ့ သေဆုံးခဲ့တာပါ။ အများပြည်သူနေထိုင်တဲ့နေရာနားကနေ ကျားကို ခြောက်လှန့်မောင်းထုတ်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားစဥ်မှာ မတော်တဆပစ်ခတ်မိတာ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်’’ ဟု သစ်တောဌာနမှ ဒေသခံမီဒီယာများသို့ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

ယင်းဖြစ်ရပ်နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အသေးစိတ်အခြေအနေအားသိရှိရန် စောင့်ဆိုင်းလျက်ရှိကြောင်း တာဝန်ရှိသူများ၏ ပြောကြားချက်အရ သိရသည်။

အဆိုပါကျားမှာ အသက် ၁၀ နှစ်ဝန်းကျင်ရှိမည်ဟု ခန့်မှန်းရကြောင်း သိရသည်။

ယခုလအစောပိုင်းတွင် အသက် ၄ နှစ်အရွယ် ကျားထီးတစ်ကောင်သေဆုံးနေသည်ကို တွေ့ရှိခဲ့ပြီး ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလတွင်လည်း ကျားမအပေါက်တစ်ကောင် သေဆုံးနေမှုအားတွေ့ရှိခဲ့သည်။

Tiger found killed in India’s national park
NEW DELHI, June 18 (Xinhua) — A carcass of a male tiger with bullet wounds was found Friday at the Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve in the northeastern state of Assam, officials said.
Forest officials said the tiger was killed in the accidental firing at the hands of forest guards inside the reserve.
“A carcass was found today morning by forest personnel near Japoripathar in the Karuabari area. On inquiry it was found that the tiger died due to a bullet wound, suspected to be (from) accidental firing while trying to scare away the tiger from the public area,” a statement from the forest department to local media said.
According to officials, further details on the incident were awaited.
The age of the tiger was believed to be around 10 years.
Reports said this is the third instance of a tiger carcass being from the national park recently.
Earier this month, the carcass of a four-year-old male tiger was found. Prior to it in February carcass of a female tiger cub was found.
Kaziranga has a tiger population of 111, as per a 2017 census, reports said.
As per the latest survey conducted in 2018, India has an estimated 2,967 tigers. Enditem
