အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံတွင် စစ်ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကို ဖော်ညွှန်းသည့် မိုင်းပြတိုက် ပြသထား

အာဖဂန်နိုင်ငံ ၏ မြို့တော် ကဘူးလ် တွင် အိုမာ မိုင်းပြတိုက် (OMAR Mine Museum) ကို ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားပြီး မြေမြှုပ်မိုင်းအမျိုးမျိုးနှင့် စစ်ပွဲ အတွင်းအသုံးပြုသည့် ဖောက်ကွဲရေး ပစ္စည်းအကြွင်းအကျန်များကို ပြသကာ “လျှို့ဝှက်ရန်သူများ” ၏ ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကို မီးမောင်းထိုးပြခဲ့သည်။

ဒါကတော့ အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ ကဘူးလ် မြို့က အိုမာ မိုင်းပြတိုက်ပါ၊ ဒီပြတိုက်ဟာ မိုင်းရှင်းလင်းရေးအတွက် ပညာပေးဖို့နဲ့ သင်တန်းပေးဖို့အတွက်ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားတဲ့စင်တာလည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံဟာ ကမ္ဘာပေါ်မှာ မိုင်းပေါက်ကွဲမှု အပြင်းထန်ဆုံးနိုင်ငံတွေထဲက တစ်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်ပါတယ်၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂရဲ့ အဆိုအရ ၁၉၈၈ ခုနှစ်ကတည်းက အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံက အရပ်သား ၄၂,၀၀၀ ဦးဟာ မြေမြှုပ်မိုင်းတွေကြောင့် သေဆုံးမှုတွေ ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရမှုတွေဖြစ်ခဲ့ကြပြီး အဲဒီထဲက ၃ ပုံ ၂ ပုံကျော်လောက်ဟာ ကလေးတွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်

“အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ စစ်ပွဲကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့ရတဲ့ ရလဒ်တွေနဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခတွေအကြောင်းသိချင်တယ်ဆိုရင် ဒီ မိုင်းပြတိုက်ကိုသာလာခဲ့ပါ” ဟု နှစ်စဉ် မေလ ၁၈ ရက်၌ ကျရောက်သည့် နိုင်ငံတကာ ပြတိုက်များနေ့ တွင် မိုင်းပြတိုက်ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးဖြစ်သူ Mohammaddin Tarakhil က ဆိုသည်။

ပြတိုက်တွင် အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ ၌ ဆယ်စုနှစ် နှင့်ချီ ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့သည့် စစ်ပွဲများနှင့်တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများအတွင်း အသုံးပြုခဲ့ကြသည့် မြေမြှုပ်မိုင်း ၅၃ ခုအနက် ၅၁ ခုကို စုစည်း ပြသထားသည်။

OMAR Mine Museum မှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူး MOHAMMADDIN TARAKHIL က “မြေမြှုပ်မိုင်းများနှင့် စစ်ပွဲသုံး ပေါက်ကွဲစေသည့်အကြွင်းအကျန် ပစ္စည်းများ သည် ပြည်သူများအားလုံး တင်မကဘဲ အဲဒီမိုင်းထောင်သူတွေနဲ့  မိုင်းရှင်းလင်းရေးအရာရှိတွေအတွက်လည်း လျှို့ဝှက်ရန်သူတွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြတိုက်တွေဟာ နိုင်ငံတစ်ခုရဲ့ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု အမွေအနှစ်တွေကို ကိုယ်စားပြု ပြီးတော့ နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံအကြောင်းကို အလျှင်မြန်ဆုံးနားလည်စေမယ့်အကောင်းဆုံးပြတင်းပေါက်တွေ ဆိုလည်းမမှားပါဘူး ၊ ဒါပေမဲ့ အိုမာ မိုင်းပြတိုက်မှာတော့ လျှို့ဝှက်ရန်သူတွေ၊ မြေမြှုပ်မိုင်းတွေနဲ့ နိုင်ငံများစွာက နှစ်မြို့ဖွယ်မကောင်းတဲ့ လက်ဆောင်အမျိုးမျိုးကို ပြသထားတာပါ “ ဟုဆိုသည်။

မြေမြှုပ်မိုင်းအများဆုံး ချထားခံရသည့်နိုင်ငံများထဲတွင် တစ်နိုင်ငံအပါအဝင်ဖြစ်သည့် အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ၌ မြေမြှုပ်မိုင်းများကြောင့် လစဉ် လူပေါင်း ၁၂၀ ကျော်ကို သေဆုံးမှုနှင့်ကိုယ်လက်အင်္ဂါချို့တဲ့မှုများ ဖြစ်စေခဲ့ကြောင်း ကပ်ရောဂါ ထိန်းချုပ်ရေး နှင့် လူသားစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ဧပြီလတွင်ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။

GLOBALink | Mine museum showcases peril of war in Afghanistan

KABUL, May 20 (Xinhua) — The OMAR Mine Museum in the Afghan capital Kabul displays a variety of landmines and explosive remnants of war, highlighting the danger of the “hidden enemies.”

“This is OMAR Mine Museum in Kabul, Afghanistan. It acts as a training and education center for mine clearance. Afghanistan is one of the most heavily mine-affected countries of the world. According to the United Nations, since 1988, more than 41,000 Afghan civilians have been killed or injured by landmines; more than two-thirds of the victims were children.”

“If you ask about the outcome of the war and conflicts in Afghanistan, please visit the mine museum in Kabul,” said Mohammaddin Tarakhil, director of the museum on the International Museum Day which falls on May 18 every year.

The museum contains a collection of 51 types of landmines out of the 53 types that have been used in Afghanistan during the decades of wars and fighting.

“Landmines and explosive remnants of war are hidden enemies to all people, even for those who plant them and to the demining personnel as well. Museums represent the cultural heritage of a country, and are the best window to quickly understand a country. However, the Omar Mine Museum puts on display various types of unpleasant gifts from many countries, the hidden enemy, the landmines.”

Landmines have continued to kill or maim more than 120 people every month in Afghanistan, one of the most landmine-contaminated countries, the State Ministry for Disaster Management and Humanitarian Affairs said in April.

The explosive remnants of war also frequently cause casualties among the Afghans in the mountainous country.

The ministry noted that it would take seven to eight years to rid the Asian country of the menace of mines.
