တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် လီချန်သည် ၂၂ ကြိမ်မြောက် ရှန်ဟိုင်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအဖွဲ့ (SCO) အစိုးရခေါင်းဆောင်များကောင်စီ အစည်းအဝေး တက်ရောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ကာဂျစ်စတန်နိုင်ငံ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Akylbek Japarov ၏ ဖိတ်ကြားချက်ဖြင့် တရား၀င်အလည်အပတ်ခရီးစဉ်အတွက် အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၄ ရက်က ဘစ်ရှ်ကက်ရှ်မြို့သို့ ရောက်ရှိလာခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

“တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက ကာဂျစ်စတန်နိုင်ငံနဲ့အတူ နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေ ရရှိထားတဲ့ အရေးကြီးသဘောတူညီချက်တွေ အပြည့်အဝ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရေး၊ နိုင်ငံရေးနဲ့ မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် အပြန်အလှန်ယုံကြည်မှု နက်ရှိုင်းရေး၊ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ အလေးထားမှုအသစ်များနှင့် စံနှုန်းအသစ်များ ပိုမိုဖန်တီးရေးအတွက် လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် အသင့်ရှိပါတယ်” ဟု ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် လီက Japarov နှင့် လေဆိပ်၌ ပြုလုပ်သော သတင်းစာရှင်းလင်းပွဲတွင် ပြောခဲ့သည်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အခြား SCO အဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့်အတူ ရှန်ဟိုင်းစိတ်ဓာတ်ဖြင့် ပူးတွဲ၍ ရှေ့ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်နှင့် ဒေသတွင်း ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ တည်ငြိမ်ရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး၌ တွန်းအားသစ် ဖြည့်တင်းနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည်ဟု မျှော်လင့်ကြောင်း လီက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ထို့ပြင် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ကာဂျစ်စတန်နိုင်ငံတို့သည် စစ်မှန်၍ ကောင်းမွန်သော အိမ်နီးချင်းများ၊ မိတ်ဖက်ကောင်းများနှင့် ညီရင်းအစ်ကိုကောင်းများ ဖြစ်ကြောင်း လီက ဆိုသည်။

Chinese premier arrives in Kyrgyzstan for SCO meeting, visit
BISHKEK, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) — Chinese Premier Li Qiang arrived here on Tuesday to attend the 22nd Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States, and pay an official visit to the Kyrgyz Republic from Tuesday to Friday at the invitation of Kyrgyz Prime Minister Akylbek Japarov.
“China is ready to work with Kyrgyzstan to fully implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen political and strategic mutual trust, create more new highlights and new benchmarks for cooperation, ” Li said during a brief meeting with Japarov at the airport.
The Chinese side looks forward to working with other SCO members to jointly carry forward the Shanghai Spirit, and inject new impetus into regional peace, stability and development, he added.
China and Kyrgyzstan are truly good neighbors, good friends, good partners and good brothers, Li said.
“The goal of my visit to Kyrgyzstan is to enhance mutual trust, expand cooperation, deepen friendship, and promote peace,” he said.
For his part, Japarov warmly welcomed Li’s visit to Kyrgyzstan and spoke highly of the positive development momentum of bilateral ties. The Kyrgyz side is willing to enhance exchanges in various fields with the Chinese side, push forward the Belt and Road cooperation, elevate the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership for a new era to new heights, and jointly promote Central Asia’s stability and development, he said.
