MANILA, June 24 (Xinhua) — Saved stray dogs are receiving training at the University of the Philippines (UP) campus in Manila. The UP Sagip (Rescue) K9 aims to find purpose and care for the dogs that were left unfed amid COVID-19 via search and rescue training.
